When a watch collector and a renowned master craftsman decide to create their own watch brand – one that they have felt a need to create because there is nothing else out there – you know you’re in for something special.
It was precisely those reasons that inspired watch connoisseur Kay Jaeger and hand guilloche expert Jochen Benzinger to start making their own watches. Despite a knowledge of the industry that would impress anyone, they couldn’t find a classic-looking watch that didn’t require a keen eye at auction or a sizeable account balance.
The design codes of Abraham-Louis Breguet were a start, but Jaeger & Benzinger reinterpreted the more traditional aspects of watchmaking and refracted them through a contemporary mindset.
The result is a collection of watches alive with the spirit of Breguet but still the perfect addition to any gentleman’s wardrobe.
